1. What types of clothing does SRG Couture offer?

SRG Couture offers ready-to-wear clothing, custom-made garments, elegant evening wear,  pageant attire, special-occasion outfits, and selected African-inspired fashion and accessories.

2. Can I order a custom-made outfit?

Yes! Apart from ur ready to wear outfits, SRG Couture offers custom-design options for clients seeking a personalized look. Depending on your requirements, you may select a design, fabric, color, and preferred style.

Custom orders are subject to design approval, fabric availability, production capacity, and the agreed delivery date.

3. How do I place an order?

You can place an order by contacting SRG Couture through our designated ordering channel. Provide the item you want, your preferred size, color, quantity, and any special requests.

For custom-made clothing, we may request your measurements, reference photographs, design preferences, and event date before confirming your order.

4. Do you offer ready-to-wear clothing?

Yes. SRG Couture offers selected ready-to-wear styles for clients who want elegant fashion and who want to stand out from the crowd

Availability depends on the current collection and inventory.

5. Do you make clothing for special events?

Absolutely! We can discuss outfits for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, galas, pageants, cultural celebrations, fashion shows, and other special occasions.

Please provide your event date when placing your order.

6. How long does it take to complete a custom order?

Production time depends on the design, fabric availability, garment complexity, fitting requirements, and current order volume. Exception is when we have moderate order volume, it usually takes 4 to 5 weeks 

Please share your deadline before placing your order. Your estimated completion and delivery dates will be confirmed before production begins.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to approval.

7. What measurements do I need to provide?

For most women's garments, we may request your bust, waist, hip, shoulder, sleeve, armhole, and garment-length measurements.

For men's garments, we may request your chest, waist, hips, shoulder, sleeve, neck, inseam, and outseam measurements.

Additional measurements may be required depending on the garment design.

8. Can I send a photograph of the outfit I want?

Yes. You may send reference photographs to communicate your preferred style.

Photographs help us understand your vision, but the final design will depend on fabric availability, construction requirements, and the design agreed upon with you.

9. Do you provide fabric options?

Yes, depending on the collection and custom-order requirements. Available options may include different colors, textures, prints, and fabric types.

Some fabrics may require an additional charge.

10. How much does a custom outfit cost?

Pricing depends on the design, fabric, embellishments, construction complexity, and fitting requirements.

A quotation will be provided after we review your request.

11. Do I need to pay a deposit?

A deposit may be required before a custom order enters production. The deposit amount, payment schedule, and cancellation terms will be communicated before your order is confirmed.

12. Can I make changes after placing my order?

Changes may be possible before production reaches a certain stage. However, design changes, fabric substitutions, or measurement adjustments may incur additional charges or affect the completion date.

Please communicate changes as early as possible.

13. Do you offer fittings?

Fittings may be arranged for custom garments, depending on the order and service selected.

The number of fittings and any associated fees will be explained when your order is confirmed.

14. Do you ship orders?

Shipping options will depend on your location and the product ordered. Applicable shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be communicated before shipment.

Customers should allow sufficient time for production, shipping, and any necessary alterations.

15. Can I return or exchange an item?

Not usually, but return and exchange eligibility depends on the item and SRG Couture reserves the right to or not return or exchange on a particular order or item.
